Myco Superfoods offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, valid from 30 days of the receipt of your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging including the unused portion of the product, and shipped back to our address at the customers cost. We do not pay the shipping cost for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you, and your refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Please note: We only refund the cost of the product and not the original shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days after we have confirmed processing, please check with your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your banking institution.
